We hold weekly classes every Thursday evening in the Oxnam Room - the Newlyn East Community Room in St. Newlyn East near Newquay, Cornwall. The postcode for Sat Nav is TR8 5LQ. The Oxnam Room is next to the red public phone box.
The class runs from 7pm to 8pm. If it's your first class try to show up a few minutes early and ask to speak to Damon or Gavin. Classes are relatively informal - wear comfortable loose fitting clothing and light training shoes. A t-shirt and jogging pants are ideal. Please remove whatever jewellery, buckles and metal objects that you can before the class starts.
The club is run on a non-profit basis and each class is £5 pay as you go.
